We have a wonderful team of passionate staff led by our Supervisor Megan Daly and Assistant Supervisor Emma Richards. Leah Wayland, our office manager works in the office every morning and looks after all of Peppertree and Little Peppertree's administration.
Our staff are mostly fully qualified in Early Childhood or are in training. All of our qualified staff hold current first aid certificates. Our staff participate in professional development regularly including liasing with local schools, keeping upskilled with teaching and attending first aid refreshers.
Our adult to child ratio is regulated by the Ministry of Education. We endeavour to offer better than required ratios with one adult to four children in our nursery, one adult to six or seven children in our Preschool and ratios of between one adult to six children and one adult to nine children in our Prepschool.
